Cultivation:

The support system is a wire frame. The grape cluster has fairly small grapes. In good weather condition, they can be harvested by the end of October, which is later than other grapes.

Vinification: 

Fermentation takes place in stainless steel vessels. Thereafter, it matures for 2 years in barrique barrels, wooden barrels with a capacity of 225 litres.

Characteristics: 

Color: dark ruby-red
Smell: fruity, with hints of black current, blackberries and cranberries
Taste: dense, intense and harmonious

grill, game, steaks, roast beef and aged cheese

Drinking Temperature:

18-20°C
