Cultivation:

The grapes of this special Wine grow on the traditional „Pergel“. This is typical for our area in South Tyrol.

Vinification: 

Fermentation and maturation take place in stainless steel vessels. The wine is filled in bottles of 750ml.

Characteristics: 

Color: ruby-red
Smell: fruity, with scents of raspberries; floral, with hints of violets and roses
Taste: full-bodied, mellow and complete

goes perfect with traditional, local cuisine of South Tyrol
