Pinot Grigio

Pinot Grigio

Type of Wine:

Pinot Grigio is a french grapevine, which has been cultivated in South Tyrol for more than 100 years. In the german language, the Pinot Grigio, or Pinot gris, is better known as “Ruländer” or “Grauburgunder”.

The grapes of this excellent Wine grow on the traditional „Pergel“. This is typical for our area in South Tyrol.

Fermentation and maturation take place solely in stainless steel vessels. Over months, the fine yeast is kept in circulation by stirring occasionally. That makes the wine even more tasteful and intense! The wine is filled in bottles of 750ml with cork.
