Weissburgunder - Pinot Bianco

Weissburgunder

Type of Wine:

Pinot Bianco is a french grapevine, which has been cultivated in South Tyrol for more than 150 years.

Cultivation:

This is a vineyard at approximately 550 meters above sea level and produces. The wine is characterized by exceptional acidity and fresh minerality.

Vinification: 

Fermentation and maturation take place solely in stainless steel vessels. Over months, the fine yeast is kept in circulation by stirring occasionally. That makes the wine even more tasteful and intense! The wine is filled in bottles of 750ml with cork.

Characteristics:

Colour: vibrant yellow-green
Smell: fruity, like Golden Delicious, pear and quince
Taste: dry, full-bodied and slightly nutty on the finish

Wine Food
Pairing:

It goes well with light starters, fish dishes and asparagus but it is also enjoyed as an aperitif.

11-13°C
